Argyropoulos & Associates, LLC was founded by Philip Argyropoulos in 1990. The firm represents victims of accidents and medical malpractice of all kinds, including construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, trip and fall accidents, slip and fall accidents, products liability accidents and work-related accidents. Argyropoulos & Associates, LLC also represents clients for Social Security/Disability, Workers Compensation, No Fault claims and real estate.
Philip is a founding partner of the law firm of Argyropoulos & Associates, LLC. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from St. John’s University in 1984 and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from University of Bridgeport in 1987 and was admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the District of Columbia in 1990.
He has three children named Nicolette, Evette, and Stephanie.
Susan is counsel to Argyropoulos & Associates, LLC. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the City University of New York, Queens College, in 1998, and obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from New York Law School in 2005. She has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York since 2006, and has retired from the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to which she was admitted in June of 2008. Ms. Paulovich has been working with Mr. Argyropoulos since September of 2005.
As counsel, Ms. Paulovich co-manages all personal injury cases that are in or will be in litigation with Mr. Argyropoulos, including cases arising out of motor vehicle accidents, products liability accidents, construction accidents, trip and fall accidents, slip and fall accidents and work-related accidents. She has drafted and argued numerous appeals before the New York State Appellate Court in the First (Manhattan) and Second (Brooklyn) Departments. Within the Workers Compensation department at Argyropoulos & Associates, LLC, she analyzes extensive medical records and reports in the context of our clients’ work-related accidents, deposes medical doctors in all areas of specialty, drafts case summations, and handles appeals of Commission decisions. She advises counsel on court appearances, examinations before trial, and trials for personal injury cases within Supreme and Civil Court.
Nicolette is an Associate at Argyropoulos & Associates where she represents accident victims. Nicolette’s personal injury practice encompasses motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, wrongful death, construction accidents, workers’ compensation, product liability, and professional malpractice. Her experience prior to joining the Argyropoulos & Associates includes working for various prominent national litigation firms, where she honed her litigation skills and gained knowledge of the inner workings of defense firms, municipalities, private and public companies, and various large insurance companies. She now utilizes that perspective and experience, as well as her terrific work ethic and thoroughness, to give her clients an advantage in obtaining the favorable results on the plaintiffs’ side. Nicolette also represents property owners, lessees, and financial institutions in real estate transactions.
